Responsibilities
- Develop scalable and secure agents on the macOS platform.
- Evaluate technologies, tools, and best practices that improve reliability and productivity.
- Collaborate with product, backend, QA, support, and other agent teams to deliver production-grade SASE capabilities.
- Drive technical quality through design, execution, code reviews, and root-cause analysis.
- Mentor engineers and grow the team’s macOS, systems, and networking expertise.
- Solve complex macOS, networking, performance, and production issues and initiate innovation supporting business needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with C++, Swift, or Objective-C.
- Strong networking background covering IP, TCP/UDP, routing tables, IPv4/IPv6, DNS, and VPN packet encapsulation and routing.
- Experience architecting distributed, scalable services and strong knowledge of multithreading, asynchronous programming, sockets programming, and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with macOS System or Network Extensions is advantageous.
- BSc in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent knowledge.
