Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust backend services and APIs using .NET (C#).
- Design and optimize SQL Server data models and queries.
- Take ownership of features from requirements through to deployment.
- Contribute to platform reliability and deployment practices on Azure.
- Collaborate with engineers across the Tilt group on architecture and best practices.
- Uplift the team through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Hands-on proficiency in .NET (C#) for building production-grade backend systems.
- Strong experience with SQL Server, including relational data modeling and query optimization.
- Working knowledge of Azure cloud services.
- Strong fundamentals in designing and consuming REST APIs.
- A product engineer mindset focused on solving real user and business problems.
- Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-moving, lean team.
- Experience in fintech or lending is a plus.
