Base Salary

$200k - $288k/yr

Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to high-impact initiatives across Catalog and discovery product areas.
Own complex features end-to-end, from requirements to implementation and testing.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers on cross-functional initiatives.
Set and raise the bar for frontend engineering quality, including code quality and performance.
Design and build scalable, high-performance catalog experiences.
Provide technical leadership and influence frontend best practices across the organization.
Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and design feedback.
Contribute to shared UI components and patterns for consistent user experiences.
Participate in on-call and operational excellence to maintain reliability.

5+ years of experience designing and building scalable web applications.
Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and modern frontend tooling.
Experience with NodeJS and exposure to Go and backend APIs.
Deep understanding of modern web application architecture and performance optimization.
Experience owning medium-to-large projects and driving technical design.
Passion for building customer-facing products with attention to UX and UI details.
Strong communication skills to articulate trade-offs and align stakeholders.
BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
