Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers and clients to understand requirements and define product quality expectations.
- Develop and document clear, comprehensive test cases.
- Perform manual, regression, API, and other software testing activities.
- Automate tests with Playwright or comparable frameworks to create reliable, repeatable coverage.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines to identify issues early.
- Manage and track testing with tools such as TestRail.
- Work with developers to support unit testing and communicate quality risks and dependencies.
- Keep clients informed, capture requirements, and propose pragmatic solutions to quality issues.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with both manual and automated software testing.
- Proficiency with test automation frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress.
- Experience with test management tools and writing clear, concise test cases.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Bruno.
- Familiarity with integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong manual and regression testing skills with a detail-oriented, pragmatic approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing time effectively.
- Interest in or experience with incorporating AI tooling into testing workflows.
- Good communication skills and familiarity with Scrum and agile environments.
- Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.
- Located in Belgium.
- Experience with mobile or native app testing, cross-device or cross-browser testing, monitoring tools, load testing, or security/penetration testing is advantageous.
- Willingness to work on-site with clients from time to time is advantageous.
