Base Salary
$90k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own full-stack features from problem definition through design, implementation, release, measurement, and iteration.
- Build scalable front-end solutions using Next.js or React with a NestJS GraphQL integration layer.
- Build scalable back-end solutions using .NET, C#, and NestJS GraphQL.
- Architect, deploy, and operate applications on AWS and Amazon EKS through delivery pipelines.
- Use AI tools and agentic development workflows to improve development speed and software quality.
- Translate ambiguous business needs into reliable technical solutions with product, design, data, and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to architecture and technical strategy decisions.
- Collaborate across distributed development teams, including partners in India.
- Mentor developers and improve team engineering practices.
- Participate in an on-call rotation when applicable, including possible nights and weekends.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience building production full-stack software across front-end and back-end systems.
- Hands-on experience with Next.js or React and a NestJS GraphQL integration layer.
- Hands-on experience with .NET, C#, and NestJS GraphQL.
- Experience designing, deploying, and operating applications on AWS with Amazon EKS or Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of software design, system architecture, testing, observability, and maintainability.
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Preferred experience using AI coding agents, AI-assisted reviews, prompt-driven development, or multi-agent workflows.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Amazon EKS or Kubernetes, automated testing, and production operations.
- Preferred experience delivering features in greenfield, early-stage, or rapidly evolving product environments.
- Fintech, financial services, or mortgage servicing experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and influence engineering practices is preferred.
