Base Salary
$160k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance, fault-tolerant identity and access control services.
- Automate credential, secret, and privileged-account management across heterogeneous operating systems, cloud, and on-premises environments.
- Integrate open-source and vendor PAM technologies, including Teleport and CyberArk, with internal platforms.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and compliance teams to deliver robust and auditable solutions.
- Lead architecture and design discussions, mentor junior engineers, and promote secure software development practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java.
- Deep understanding of OAuth2, SAML, OIDC, RBAC, and ABAC authentication and authorization concepts.
- Experience building distributed, highly available solutions targeting 99.9999% uptime.
- Solid understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals.
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code principles, including Terraform or Ansible.
- Preferred qualifications include cryptography and secrets-management knowledge, large-scale secure automation, privileged access management platforms, operating-system security controls, and enterprise identity governance experience.
