Responsibilities
- Design and build highly reliable, available, scalable, and low-latency ad server platforms.
- Own one or more functionality modules and serve as the point of contact for them.
- Implement high-quality, modular, loosely coupled software and document designs.
- Perform code and design reviews for peer implementations.
- Troubleshoot existing features in live production environments.
- Collaborate with teams to achieve technical and business goals.
- Use generative AI tools and IDEs to accelerate development, automation, documentation, and debugging.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of development experience with C/C++ in Linux/Unix environments.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms, advanced data structures, computer science principles, software design, and architecture.
- Experience building complex, scalable solutions and solving systems programming problems involving multithreading, multiprocessing, and memory management.
- Ability to work independently, own deliverables, communicate effectively, and solve problems creatively.
- Working knowledge of Perl, Python, or Shell scripting and databases, preferably MySQL.
- Basic understanding of different AI models and prompt engineering fundamentals.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or information technology, or an equivalent degree.
- Experience with Go and proficiency in AI-assisted coding, automation, prompt engineering, and understanding LLM-generated code are strong pluses.
