Responsibilities
- Develop, refactor, evolve, and maintain internal web applications and custom solutions using front-end and back-end technologies.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including integration, application governance, and release quality.
- Help configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Git repositories, and application build and deployment processes.
- Support cloud and containerized environments, including Docker, Azure Container Apps, Azure Logic Apps, App Registration, service principals, and application configuration.
- Document technical solutions, formalize specifications, and define operating procedures.
- Verify, test, and quality-check applications with attention to security, maintainability, traceability, and internal standards.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot for analysis, development, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements, integrate services, and support the application lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in front-end and/or back-end web development, including experience from internships or university projects.
- Knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript and at least one modern framework such as React.js, Angular, Nuxt.js, or Vue.js.
- Basic knowledge of Node.js, REST APIs, and full-stack development principles.
- Familiarity with VS Code, Git, GitHub, and source-code management tools.
- Basic knowledge of Docker, containerization, and/or Microsoft Azure; Azure Logic Apps, Azure Container Apps, or App Registration experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of DevOps methods and CI/CD pipelines, with practical build or deployment workflow experience preferred.
- Ability to solve problems, learn quickly with senior colleagues, work collaboratively, communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and document work clearly.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Preferred qualifications include a STEM degree or equivalent pathway, experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, Supabase/PostgreSQL, Dataverse, or Power Automate, and knowledge of secure coding, code review, secret management, and technical documentation.
- Interest in AI, agents, process automation, and AI-assisted development tools.

- Annual base salary of €25,500–€28,000 for candidates with no or minimal experience, under the fourth-level CCNL Commercio contract.
- Performance-related variable compensation of up to €750.
