Responsibilities
- Break larger projects into tasks, deliver them in multiple phases, and collaborate to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics during ideation and product development decisions
- Articulate technical constraints and help evaluate risks and trade-offs
- Create and monitor metrics, escalate issues, and support production operations and on-call efforts
- Participate in team growth and development activities, including interviews
Requirements
- At least 1.5 years of experience as a software engineer
- Experience shipping web applications using declarative UI frameworks such as React or Vue
- Experience designing, developing, and launching APIs at scale using languages such as Python or Kotlin
- Ability to translate business problems into solutions spanning multiple software components
- Ability to write clear, well-tested, extensible code and navigate large codebases
- Experience debugging code and providing feedback through code reviews
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with a global engineering team
