Base Salary
$200k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain next-generation technologies and features.
- Participate in a culture of inclusion and open innovation within the team.
- Launch impactful features that enhance innovation velocity and business growth.
- Work with advertising, marketing strategies, and data privacy domains.
- Build performant data pipelines and optimize existing workflows.
- Address and resolve significant technical challenges in back-end software development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field plus 4 years of relevant experience.
- In lieu of a degree, 3 years of post-secondary studies and 5 years of relevant experience are acceptable.
- 4 years of experience managing initiative priorities and deliverables.
- 4 years of experience analyzing performance across acquisition and retention.
- 3 years of experience with the full software development life cycle.
- 3 years of experience with end-to-end solution delivery involving multiple platforms.
