Responsibilities
- Develop embedded real-time avionics software through the full V-cycle, from high-level specification analysis to integration and validation on final hardware.
- Implement low-level software for operating systems, I/O, system partitions, and networks.
- Conduct integration and verification using probes, bus analyzers, emulators, and other test tools.
- Analyze failure reports, respond to technical queries, and support avionics software products.
- Understand and challenge customer needs to propose reusable and harmonized solutions.
- Contribute to process improvements and introduce innovative solutions and technologies.
- Comply with airworthiness regulations and balance technical, business, and industrial considerations.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent, preferably in aeronautics, embedded systems, or computer science.
- Experience programming in C in a critical embedded context.
- Knowledge of software engineering methods and tools in a standard DevOps environment.
- Experience with V-cycle development.
- Negotiation-level English and French.
- Ability to obtain or maintain the required security clearance, or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities.
