Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery for customer implementations from discovery and proof of concept through deployment and onboarding.
- Architect, implement, and optimize complex workflows on the Feathery platform.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and customers to translate requirements into scalable workflow solutions.
- Build demos, prototypes, implementation examples, documentation, and technical guides.
- Advise prospects and customers throughout evaluation, implementation, and adoption.
- Share implementation insights and feature requests to help shape the Feathery platform.
- Develop repeatable implementation playbooks and improve internal processes and tooling.
- Contribute to hiring and mentoring future team members.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Customer Success.
- Strong problem-solving skills in workflow automation and data-intensive environments.
- Strong working knowledge of JavaScript for writing and troubleshooting scripts and implementation logic.
- Basic familiarity with Python, including the ability to build and debug APIs.
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to own customer implementations from discovery through deployment.
- Experience with B2B SaaS fintech platforms, workflow automation tools, low-code/no-code platforms, enterprise implementations, financial services, or technical documentation is a bonus.
