Responsibilities
- Analyze objectives and design specifications to meet user needs.
- Develop block diagrams and logic flowcharts to guide software development.
- Code, test, debug, and refine software based on detailed designs.
- Enhance existing software to reduce operating time and improve efficiency.
- Prepare program-level and user-level documentation.
- Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems.
- Provide technical direction to other programmers to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Master's degree required.
- Minimum six years of directly related experience required.
- Experience with complex software development and broad computer-equipment knowledge.
- IT-II clearance or current NACLC at proposal submission required.
- IAT Level II certification required.
