Responsibilities
- Work Australian shifts, including weekends.
- Support and maintain customers using the Customer Identity SaaS solution.
- Manage operational support tickets effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues, from troubleshooting to resolution.
- Exceed customer expectations in response quality and timeliness.
- Act as a point of contact for customer issues, ensuring swift resolution.
- Collaborate with the extended support team in a startup atmosphere.
- Utilize business and technical analysis skills to solve complex issues.
- Contribute to a knowledge repository and promote team collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical support or software development experience, or 3+ years in a business or technical analyst role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to learn complex concepts independently.
- Ability to manage multiple complex work streams effectively.
- Instinctive problem decomposition skills to identify root causes.
- Customer-focused attitude, always striving to exceed expectations.
- Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities and addressing potential issues.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and personal growth.
- Knowledge of software development fundamentals and common architectures.
- Familiarity with HTTP, encryption, and basic security concepts.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts.
- Knowledge of auth protocols like Oauth2, OIDC, SAML, etc.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, ideally JavaScript.
