Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and plan reliability and automation tests that stress application resilience, safety, and fault tolerance.
- Use physical hardware-in-the-loop systems to automate testing across application scenarios.
- Perform manual and automated functional, integration, regression, and reliability testing for robotic software.
- Prepare execution reports to validate milestone readiness and communicate system stability.
- Identify software quality assurance bottlenecks and coverage gaps and drive process improvements.
- Manage defects through reporting, verification, and analysis using defect tracking systems.
- Integrate and monitor automated tests within continuous integration tools.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in Software QA Engineering, Test Automation, or Software Development, with a history of shipping and supporting product releases.
- Experience testing complex electromechanical systems such as robotics or autonomous vehicles, including physical hardware-in-the-loop testing.
- Strong test automation proficiency with Python, C#, or a similar language.
- Experience establishing, monitoring, and analyzing software reliability testing for robotic systems.
- Expertise designing comprehensive test plans and executing functional, integration, and regression testing with strong manual rigor.
- Experience with defect lifecycle management and tools such as Jira.
- Understanding of CI/CD practices and experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Preferred experience with real-time control systems, low-latency teleoperation hardware or software, UI/UX and backend validation, Linux development environments, advanced bash or shell scripting, and root cause analysis of complex system failures.
