Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and complex project delivery.
- Establish and enforce development standards to support high-quality software delivery.
- Ensure software solutions meet scalability, performance, and business-alignment objectives.
- Make technical and team decisions affecting multiple teams and projects.
- Analyze and resolve technical challenges across teams.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support team capability development.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and scalable solution best practices.
- Experience leading software development teams and managing complex project deliveries.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with integrating SAP SuccessFactors modules within enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on business-aligned technology solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
