Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional and non-functional requirements to derive risk-based testing approaches.
- Advise Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams on clear, complete, and testable requirements.
- Design test scenarios and test cases and execute manual and automated tests or coordinate their implementation.
- Develop and maintain test strategies, quality standards, testing methods, and related documentation.
- Support automated, integration, regression, and release validation testing.
- Analyze test results, defects, test coverage, and quality risks and provide recommendations for action.
- Support release-readiness assessments, Go/No-Go decisions, and documentation of testing evidence.
- Contribute to the QA Community of Practice and cross-team exchange of standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Experience or capability in requirements analysis, risk-based testing, test design, and manual and automated test execution is implied by the role description.
- Ability to work with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to improve requirement quality.
- Ability to analyze defects, test results, coverage, and quality risks and communicate recommendations.
- Ability to develop testing strategies, quality standards, and testing documentation.
