Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and architecture for complex, cross-functional data and AI problems from discovery through deployment.
- Define architecture decisions, trade-offs, technical blueprints, delivery approaches, and supporting documentation.
- Design and deliver production-ready prototypes and solutions within compressed timeframes.
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into concrete technical solutions and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback.
- Develop front-end interfaces and dashboards that present data and AI outputs to business users.
- Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI agents, multi-agent systems, reusable agent skills, and agentic pipelines.
- Implement and extend MCP servers and clients to connect agents with enterprise tools, APIs, and data sources.
- Create evaluation harnesses, guardrails, monitoring pipelines, and observability practices for reliable and safe agent operation.
- Integrate LLMs, RAG systems, and ML models into production workflows.
- Embed with product, program, and engineering teams to co-define problems and co-deliver solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including ownership of solution design and architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to architect end-to-end systems from requirements through deployment with clear documentation and stakeholder communication.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents involving agent skills, tool use, memory, and multi-step reasoning.
- Experience using AI-augmented engineering assistants such as Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent tools.
- Direct production experience with AWS Agent Core or an equivalent platform.
- Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol, including building or consuming MCP servers.
- Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
- Proficiency in Python and at least one of React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, semantic search, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or LLM evaluation is desirable.
- Experience with agent observability and tracing tools such as LangSmith, Arize, or Weights & Biases is desirable.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions is desirable.
- Background in real estate, financial services, or other data-intensive enterprise domains is desirable.
- Experience facilitating technical discovery workshops, design sprints, or architecture reviews is desirable.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, ownership, and ambiguity-navigation skills.
