Responsibilities
- Explore, develop, test, and deploy complex ML and AI systems for female health.
- Build medically safe, scalable solutions using advanced LLMs and generative AI approaches.
- Architect ML/LLM pipelines and build infrastructure for serving generative AI features.
- Own ML/AI products end to end, from validating product hypotheses through delivery.
- Research and implement best practices for the rapidly evolving LLM space.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with ML, backend, QA, product, and analytics teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional machine learning experience.
- Demonstrated success building and deploying large-scale machine learning models; large-scale LLM application experience is a bonus.
- Ability to design, architect, and explain ML/LLM pipelines and solve complex technical challenges.
- Strong Python programming skills for model development and deployment.
- Experience with traditional machine learning and modern LLM frameworks.
- Understanding of the full ML/LLM development lifecycle, including testing, MLOps/LLMOps, version control, and deployment practices.
- Experience building and managing data pipelines using tools such as Apache Spark.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to responsible AI practices including fairness, accountability, and transparency.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with statistical and measurement fundamentals, A/B testing, data visualization, or the MedTech domain is preferred.
