Responsibilities

  • Support the development, testing, and implementation of technology solutions for wealth management.
  • Explore and experiment with AI-enabled tools and technologies to improve engineering productivity and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders on innovation and process-improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in evaluating, adopting, and scaling emerging engineering practices, frameworks, and tools.
  • Contribute to research, prototyping, and proof-of-concept initiatives across technology transformation projects.
  • Support project deliverables including documentation, analysis, reporting, and execution.
  • Provide support on other projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate degree.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, AI, and software engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and systematically.
  • Curiosity, self-motivation, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-changing environment.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and exploring new approaches.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
  • Ability to take initiative and drive ideas from concept to execution.
