Responsibilities
- Support the development, testing, and implementation of technology solutions for wealth management.
- Explore and experiment with AI-enabled tools and technologies to improve engineering productivity and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders on innovation and process-improvement opportunities.
- Assist in evaluating, adopting, and scaling emerging engineering practices, frameworks, and tools.
- Contribute to research, prototyping, and proof-of-concept initiatives across technology transformation projects.
- Support project deliverables including documentation, analysis, reporting, and execution.
- Provide support on other projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate degree.
- Passion for technology, innovation, AI, and software engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and systematically.
- Curiosity, self-motivation, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-changing environment.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and exploring new approaches.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
- Ability to take initiative and drive ideas from concept to execution.
