Base Salary
$180k - $202k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own customer implementations and adoption programs across the Harness AppSec portfolio.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance from onboarding and implementation through adoption and value realization.
- Develop account success plans and align technical and business outcomes with customer leadership.
- Advise customers on Harness AppSec, AI applications and security, DevOps, SecOps, application security, cloud architectures, networks, and infrastructure.
- Analyze customer usage and adoption data to identify gaps, trends, optimization opportunities, and at-risk accounts.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive adoption, integration, and platform improvements.
- Conduct customer business reviews and address concerns and technical issues.
- Contribute to customer success processes, tools, best-practice guides, reference architectures, and enablement content.
- Participate in Harness Community forums and provide customer feedback to product management.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, security engineering, or technical account management.
- 5+ years of experience with multiple relevant cloud, infrastructure, container, CI/CD, scripting, and application security solutions.
- Expertise with the Kubernetes ecosystem, including Kubernetes, Helm, releases, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Deep AWS experience, including infrastructure provisioning, VPC, EKS, S3, EBS, EFS, and EC2; GCP and Azure experience is preferred.
- Linux ecosystem experience and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Programming or scripting experience with the ability to create custom integrations or tailored solutions.
- Experience with security engineering, application security, API security, AI security, development, DevOps, SecOps, or web security is preferred.
- Ability to learn and work with emerging AI, DevOps, cloud, and security technologies.
- Strong customer relationship management, communication, analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering is preferred.
