Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-ready full-stack enterprise software using AI as a core part of the engineering lifecycle.
- Develop and integrate front-end and back-end components.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based coding assistants for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Deliver robust, scalable software while maintaining quality, compliance, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to support solution integration and adoption.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, software development lifecycle practices, and domain workflows.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot or another listed backend technology such as .NET with C# or Python.
- Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
