Base Salary
$118k - $143k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop solution proposals.
- Serve as a technical resource for presales members.
- Respond to Solutions Engineer Requests for complex opportunities.
- Build proof of concepts to demonstrate product capabilities.
- Create solution diagrams articulating technical architecture.
- Assist with technical questions for customer RFPs.
- Identify opportunities for new integrations and solutions.
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
- Co-present at Smartsheet Summits and customer events.
- Contribute to internal documentation and enablement materials.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a relevant position.
- Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure technologies.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of Service/User Management from an IT perspective.
- Experience working with APIs and standard authorization protocols.
- Experience with event-based workflow and automation concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a curious mindset.
- Proficiency with a programming language, preferably Python or NodeJS/JavaScript.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub and GitLab is a plus.
- Familiarity with Value Selling methodologies is a plus.
- Experience leveraging AI during sales cycles.
- Willingness to travel periodically based on business needs.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
