Base Salary
$162k - $172k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, support, and deploy test automation software and infrastructure for aircraft manufacturing sites during new product introduction and mass production.
- Investigate manufacturing data and debug hardware and software issues involving aircraft components, technologies, and embedded Linux systems.
- Oversee and improve aircraft deployment and testing at operational sites.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and contract manufacturers to drive projects, resolve issues, and improve designs and processes.
- Design and deliver data analysis tools and infrastructure that convert manufacturing data into actionable insights and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing and developing software for manufacturing test and infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Python, including strong understanding of data structures and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with hardware and software embedded systems in Unix/Linux environments.
- Knowledge of test methodologies, test plans, test cases, and quality assurance processes.
- Experience with prototyping, bring-up, debugging, verification, and manufacturing support for embedded systems.
- Knowledge of communication protocols and interfaces such as USB, UART, SSH, SCPI, or CAN.
- Experience with electronics fundamentals, including reading schematics and datasheets.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 10–15%.

- Base salary range of $162,000–$172,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
