Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and ship proof-of-concept AI applications through rapid iteration, testing, feedback, and refinement.
- Build and integrate Model Context Protocol clients and servers, foundation model fine-tuning, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
- Architect data flows, write production-quality code, containerize services, and deploy them in secure AWS cloud environments.
- Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, and data scientists to translate business problems into scalable AI systems.
- Develop production-grade data pipelines integrating data with AI systems.
- Maintain internal development tools, CI/CD scripts, evaluation harnesses, dashboards, and secure sandbox environments.
- Monitor AI systems and support explainability, ethical standards, regulatory alignment, and performance requirements.
- Evaluate AI/ML advancements and open-source frameworks and share best practices across the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong software development skills in Python.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, agent SDKs, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, PySpark, Polars, and Pandas.
- Experience with MLflow, Sentry, RAG systems, memory systems, MCP servers, agent skills, and model tradeoffs.
- Experience using AI development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code.
- Familiarity with Docker, AWS, and GitHub Actions.
- Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality, production-ready ML/AI systems under tight iteration cycles.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly for high-stakes or regulated domains.
