Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI for enterprise business problems and process automation.
- Architect and implement GenAI pipelines on SAP BTP using SAP AI Core, Generative AI Hub, and SAP HANA Cloud.
- Design RAG and GraphRAG workflows, knowledge graphs, ontologies, vector retrieval, semantic search, and enterprise data grounding.
- Integrate LLMs and foundation models with enterprise data sources and develop LangChain or LangGraph orchestration pipelines.
- Implement data masking, content filtering, structured output parsing, AI governance, privacy, and compliance controls.
- Embed AI capabilities into cloud-native SAP applications using the CAP model and SAP Extension Suite.
- Own end-to-end GenAI project lifecycle activities from model integration and fine-tuning through deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Lead cross-functional teams, mentor team members, manage project progress, and communicate solution value to customers and stakeholders.
- Align AI architectures with business objectives, scalability, performance, responsible AI principles, and measurable ROI.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education with a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics and Communication, or a related listed field.
- Deep expertise in SAP BTP, SAP AI Core, Generative AI Hub, and SAP HANA Cloud Vector Engine and Knowledge Graph Engine.
- Expertise with LLMs, foundation models, LLM orchestration, RAG, GraphRAG, embeddings, chunking, vector search, and semantic search.
- Hands-on Python application development, API development, ETL pipelines, and Agentic AI framework experience.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or equivalent frameworks.
- Experience with knowledge graph design, ontology modeling, data grounding, semantic enrichment, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Working knowledge of SAP CAP, SAP Extension Suite, multi-tenant SaaS architecture, hyperscaler-agnostic deployments, and MLOps pipelines.
- Experience with SAP BTP or Azure development or architecture, including at least 4–5 years focused on AI, ML, or GenAI.
- Experience integrating LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Anthropic models.
- Strong leadership, team management, client engagement, communication, analytical, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- SAP, Python, BTP Solution Architect, GenAI Developer, or AI-related certifications are preferred.
- Experience with SAP business processes, supply chain, FI, industry domains, BPM, Signavio, SAP standard AI features, or SAP Business AI certifications is preferred.
