Responsibilities
- Drive thought leadership and build executive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop white papers and support strategy development with commercial and marketing teams.
- Own pre-sales activities and manage the RFP process for strategic customers.
- Design solutions that address critical business challenges during pre-sales and implementation.
- Act as the voice of the customer to inform product teams on insights and opportunities.
- Oversee end-to-end implementation delivery for strategic accounts, ensuring best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with strong academic achievements.
- At least 10 years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role.
- Strong executive engagement skills and ability to build credibility with decision makers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to collaborate with customers and engineering teams.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language and experience with RESTful APIs.
