Responsibilities
- Configure and implement customer solutions for new deployments and updates to existing customer environments.
- Build technical configurations and perform light scripting or programming to deploy customers onto the cloud platform.
- Guide customers on system capabilities, implementation best practices, platform functionality, and support processes.
- Communicate implementation progress, project updates, and technical status to internal teams and customer stakeholders.
- Create implementation documentation, configuration records, and knowledge base articles.
- Integrate customer and third-party systems using APIs, web services, URL calls, and other supported methods.
- Manage technical tasks for assigned implementation projects and collaborate with senior engineers on complex engagements.
- Deliver customer training and troubleshoot configuration and implementation issues during deployment and go-live.
- Coordinate connectivity, number management services, and other onboarding activities.
- Collaborate on advanced integrations, custom scripting, and complex technical solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of implementation experience in a cloud computing environment.
- Solid understanding of software deployment and implementation methodologies.
- Experience supporting Windows desktop, iOS, Android, and IoT device deployments.
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and wireless networking.
- Basic understanding of audiovisual technologies and device connectivity.
- Familiarity with SCCM, PDQ Deploy, BigFix, Group Policy, ConnectWise Automate, or PowerShell/DSC.
- Basic experience with REST APIs, web services, or system integrations.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Right to work in Ireland; candidates currently based in Ireland are preferred.
