Base Salary
$140k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Understand Ascend's platform and customer workflows within the first 30 days.
- Contribute to user-facing projects and collaborate with product managers and designers.
- Own prompt logic and resolve data extraction issues within the first 60 days.
- Support onboarding through internal tooling improvements and maintain product quality.
- Translate customer needs into scalable solutions and develop a leading point-of-sale system.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working at a growth-stage startup.
- Experience with relational databases.
- Experience building and scaling consumer products.
- Strong desire to learn new skills and solve business problems.
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and Next.js is a plus.
