Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of assigned computer application development and maintenance.
- Communicate with business analysts and staff to determine system requirements and technical solutions.
- Perform application analysis and design, write code, and conduct testing.
- Develop and support both front-end and back-end applications.
- Research enhancements and resolve application and online production support issues.
- Provide timely production support for small and large applications.
- Create and support reports using Microsoft SSRS.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification is experience, education, or training in coding computer applications.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, mathematics, engineering, or a related field, plus two years of coding experience, education, or training.
- Programming experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
- Preferred experience includes ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Telerik Kendo UI, C#, complex SQL queries and stored procedures, SSRS, Visual Studio, AJAX, JSON, JavaScript, jQuery, RESTful web services using ASP.NET Web API, and Azure services and tools.
- Additional preferred experience includes IIS administration, SQL Server Integration Services, AD, Azure AD B2C, Azure DevOps pipelines, Azure deployments, Microsoft Office, Adobe Workfront, Jira, State Government DHHS applications, and Agile methodologies.
- Requires collaboration, service orientation, analytical ability, effective prioritization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
