Responsibilities
- Shape and improve the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle across development, testing, deployment, and operations.
- Steer technical teams through complex challenges and guide clients through digital transformations.
- Implement infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and effective release management strategies.
- Improve system scalability and response times through load testing, caching, database-query optimization, and application-logic optimization.
- Apply TDD, contract testing, secure coding, event-driven architecture, and platform migration practices.
- Mentor engineers and promote continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and multiple stakeholders on software and digital projects.
Requirements
- Proven capability in shaping the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle.
- Ability to implement infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and efficient release management strategies.
- Expertise in TDD, contract testing, secure coding, event-driven architecture, and platform migration.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
