Responsibilities

Monitor and control the availability of production services on an ongoing 24/7 basis.
Detect production problems and perform first- and second-tier infrastructure and application troubleshooting.
Work with Operations, Product, R&D, and Support teams to escalate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues.
Develop, maintain, and document technical solutions related to production infrastructure.
Maintain documentation for supported SRE activities and standards.

Experience with Linux-based systems and scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
Basic monitoring experience and strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
An AI-driven mindset and experience using LLM tools.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in English.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts between 7:00 and 21:00.
Preferred experience with AWS, GCP, or other cloud providers; AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and MCP; monitoring tools; SQL; Terraform; distributed systems; containers; and Kubernetes.
