Responsibilities
- Develop IT strategies, concepts, architectures, and customized solutions for local and international client projects.
- Evaluate client capabilities and perform feasibility studies to support digital transformation.
- Manage small agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs.
- Establish DevOps and CI/CD practices and lead technical implementation of digital requirements such as cyber resilience.
- Analyze, develop, and optimize IT architectures spanning legacy IT, enterprise solutions, cloud computing, and microservices.
- Collaborate with BCG Platinion, Boston Consulting Group, and client teams in interdisciplinary and global settings.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, informatics, business with an IT focus, engineering, or a related field.
- Approximately two years of relevant experience in IT consulting or software development, including part-time or full-time experience.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and other generative AI tools and the ability to apply them across work tasks.
- Broad technical expertise and interest in technology trends, including machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, AI, and robotics.
- Excellent ability to understand and communicate complex topics in English.
- Willingness to travel and work effectively in interdisciplinary, global contexts.
