Responsibilities
- Architect large language models that process and generate natural language.
- Design neural network parameters and train models on large quantities of unlabeled text data.
- Train and fine-tune large-scale language models.
- Apply text data preprocessing techniques and language-model evaluation metrics.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and make decisions for the team.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions to technical problems.
- Mentor junior professionals in language model architecture.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in large language models.
- Proficiency in large language models.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications in natural language processing.
- Experience training and fine-tuning large-scale language models.
- Familiarity with text data preprocessing techniques.
- Knowledge of language-model evaluation metrics.
- 15 years of full-time education.
