Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and develop the architecture of the back-office automation testing platform, including automation frameworks and performance-testing engines.
- Design and develop automated test cases and scripts for back-office software and execute functional and performance tests.
- Collect test results, generate test reports, analyze failed automated test cases, identify root causes, and execute rerun strategies.
- Maintain automation frameworks and test cases, introduce new testing technologies and frameworks, and continuously improve the testing platform.
- Integrate testing with the full software development toolchain and implement CI/CD practices to improve engineering efficiency.
- Plan and iterate shared testing assets, including frameworks, toolchains, environments, platforms, and reusable test-case libraries.
- Build testing engineering capabilities through technical training, knowledge sharing, and tool enablement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, electronic information, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of software test development or large-scale complex-system development experience.
- At least 3 years of automation test architecture experience, including automation project optimization and troubleshooting.
- Strong programming ability in at least one mainstream language such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Familiarity with automation testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, JMeter, pytest, and TestNG, with the ability to customize and extend them.
- Practical continuous-integration experience and familiarity with Jenkins and Git.
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems and database technologies such as MySQL.
- Ability to design testing architectures for large distributed systems and independently develop testing tools or frameworks.
- Experience with artificial intelligence, image recognition, or intelligent log analysis is preferred.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as Vue, React, or Angular is preferred.
- Experience in the power industry or a specific business domain is preferred.
- Experience designing and developing a large automation testing platform from the ground up is preferred.
