Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term technical relationships with technical buyers at assigned accounts.
- Understand business-critical issues and provide meaningful solution designs.
- Drive technical conversations across various lines of business within accounts.
- Empower customers in their security and network transformation journeys.
- Be the voice of the customer internally, influencing product and engineering teams.
- Represent Cloudflare at industry events with thought leadership.
Requirements
- Polished communication and executive presentation skills.
- Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with engineers and executives.
- Experience managing technical sales within large accounts.
- Deep understanding of internet security technologies and networking technologies.
- Some scripting or programming experience with languages like JavaScript or Python.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements such as FedRAMP and GDPR.
