Base Salary
$200k - $320k/yr
Responsibilities
- Advocate for Ivo during sales calls, onboarding calls, demos, webinars, events, and conferences.
- Lead product demonstrations tailored to in-house legal teams and their potential use cases.
- Advise customers on integrating Ivo into their workflows and adopting best practices for scaling AI in daily legal work.
- Implement and oversee customer Playbooks derived from precedents, templates, and historical agreements.
- Collaborate with engineers to improve model outputs and with designers to improve the user experience and interface.
- Represent the voice of the customer and synthesize customer feedback for sales and product teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of legal experience at a law firm or in-house legal team.
- Strong presentation skills for legal and executive audiences, including impromptu whiteboarding, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and solve problems without delegated support.
- Sales or customer-facing experience, legal business development, secondment, and direct management of law-firm client matters or relationships are preferred.
- Startup experience is preferred but not required.
