Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own scalable, reliable, and maintainable end-to-end software solutions across the full software development lifecycle.
- Develop and re-architect systems for multipack catalog representation, pricing, fulfillment, selection, ranking, and customer-facing shopping experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, principal engineers, science teams, and cross-functional partners to translate requirements into technical designs and working software.
- Identify system gaps, propose improvements, deliver high-quality results, and support operational excellence.
- Participate in code reviews, improve team practices, mentor junior engineers, monitor owned systems, and respond to operational issues.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
