Responsibilities

  • Perform manual and automated testing for web and mobile features.
  • Design test plans and document the evolution of product features.
  • Identify edge cases and own quality assessment end-to-end.
  • Use AI-powered and conventional tools to monitor, diagnose, and evaluate software quality.
  • Assess whether features are ready for deployment to production.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers.

Requirements

  • Be a current degree-seeking student in computer science, software engineering, or computer engineering.
  • Have coding experience with languages such as Python or JavaScript.
  • Demonstrate curiosity, empathy, passion for software and technology, and the ability to work on a team.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Selenium, Appium, TestRail, Jira, and manual and automated testing across the testing pyramid.

Benefits

  • Hourly base pay is $27–$29 USD, determined by academic standing.
  • Live in Lincoln, Nebraska for the summer 2027 internship; Hudl will cover housing costs and travel to Lincoln.
