Responsibilities
- Assess AI tooling and AI-built applications to identify security risks.
- Develop security findings, remediation policies, deterministic detections, regular expressions, and automated enforcement controls.
- Partner with teams building AI-powered tools to guide secure approaches and make risk-based decisions.
- Define healthy AI usage standards and track risk reduction through KPIs.
- Respond to AI-related security incidents and improve AI governance controls with security and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Security, Legal, and Data Protection teams on the EU AI Act, GDPR, and related obligations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in security engineering.
- Experience conducting security assessments and applying structured risk-assessment methods such as CVSS or equivalent.
- Knowledge of AI threats including prompt injection, indirect prompt injection, agentic risks, and tool-use risks.
- Understanding of LLMs, RAG systems, and tool-use workflows.
- Strong written communication skills and sound judgment under ambiguity.
- Familiarity with observability platforms and comfort collaborating with global teams across time zones.
