Base Salary
$100k - $295k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Tanium's products alongside an agile development team.
- Design, develop, and test new product ideas from the ground up.
- Collaborate with product management for feedback and input.
- Work on common components like data services and dashboarding.
- Deliver higher-level services that enhance product functionality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a CS degree preferred.
- 3+ years of industry experience in software development.
- Experience in designing and building scalable backend services and APIs.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Golang, Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Rust.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like React, Typescript, and Javascript.
- Ability to work with relational databases such as Postgres, SQL, or MySQL.
- Experience with HTTP API design and development.
- Knowledge of modern software engineering tools like git and Jenkins.
