Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the strategy and architecture of AI/ML Ops platforms.
- Package and deploy AI/ML services to production.
- Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines for model deployment.
- Provision and optimize infrastructure for training and serving.
- Implement post-deployment monitoring for model performance.
- Automate retraining and data pipeline workflows.
- Manage deployment of foundation models and fine-tuning workflows.
- Optimize GPU/CPU utilization to minimize cloud costs.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers.
- Manage versioning for data, code, and models.
- Implement data security measures and ensure compliance.
- Stay updated on emerging data technologies.
- Diagnose and resolve complex data-related issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience with enterprise SaaS software solutions.
- Ability to handle large scale structured and unstructured data.
- Experience in building and maintaining AI/ML Ops platforms.
- In-depth experience in system design and AI/ML frameworks.
- Familiarity with Databricks Lakehouse ecosystem.
- Knowledge of AI/ML workflows on Databricks and MLFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python and SQL.
- Familiarity with modern software engineering practices.
- Ability to optimize solutions for cost.
- Legally eligible to work in India.
