Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, resilient, maintainable Python applications and generative AI solutions.
- Implement features and technical solutions as a code-contributing member of a team delivering sprint commitments.
- Define and evolve system architecture, distributed systems, and secure RESTful and gRPC APIs.
- Design and integrate databases, inter-application services, authentication, rate limiting, idempotency, and error handling.
- Build automated CI/CD and deployment pipelines using cloud, containerization, and orchestration technologies.
- Develop agentic AI and multi-agent systems integrating LLMs, AI-powered capabilities, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
- Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and improve the performance of complex distributed applications.
- Provide technical guidance, evaluate emerging technologies, and promote technical excellence and compliant engineering practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Applications Development or Systems Analysis, with substantial experience in Java and Python.
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Expert-level Python 3.x proficiency and advanced knowledge of FastAPI, Django, Flask, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and Python best practices.
- Experience designing, developing, securing, and consuming RESTful and gRPC APIs, including OAuth2, JWT, idempotency, rate limiting, and robust error handling.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, Cassandra, and Redis.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, automated deployment pipelines, AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong software architecture and distributed system design experience, including microservices and event-driven architecture.
- Good understanding of Google ADK, LangChain, LangGraph, multi-agent systems, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Vertex AI, Google A2UI, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
- Java 17+ experience and knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and object-oriented design principles.
- Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue.js.
- Proven ability to deliver complex software projects from inception through production deployment and manage deadlines or changing requirements.
