Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve match-and-merge issues, duplicate records, missing golden records, and incorrect or unmatched data.
  • Monitor MDM batch jobs and troubleshoot failures or long-running jobs.
  • Develop Java modules for exception handling, threading, configuration, and integration.
  • Write and optimize SQL/PL-SQL queries, packages, and functions for data extraction, transformation, and performance tuning.
  • Support server patching and validation activities across production and non-production environments.
  • Create change requests, test evidence, and deployment documentation.
  • Integrate MDM solutions with SOAP and REST APIs, XML/JSON, and JMS MQ.
  • Collaborate with business, technical, and data steward teams to resolve MDM issues and deliver integration and governance solutions.
  • Act as the functional SPOC for the MDM data management platform.
  • Support incident, problem, and change management, access management policies, and user provisioning.
  • Plan and deliver training sessions for stakeholders and end users.
  • Support MDM deliveries, product development, project implementations, and UAT for new MDM module releases.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience as an Informatica MDM Developer or in a comparable data management development role.
  • Strong Informatica MDM experience, including Hub Console, IDD, ActiveVOS, Provisioning Tool, and External Call configuration.
  • Strong Core Java knowledge, including object-oriented programming, inheritance, exception handling, and thread handling.
  • Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills, including query optimization, packages, and functions.
  • Scripting experience with Shell, Perl, or similar technologies.
  • Exposure to application servers such as JBoss; WebLogic or WebSphere experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Bitbucket and Git version control tools.
  • Knowledge of MDM concepts and data governance is preferred.
  • Salesforce integration through Informatica and experience in Agile development environments are preferred.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Informatica MDM certification is advantageous.
