Base Salary

$160k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Embed with customer teams to understand mission workflows, pain points, and operational constraints.
  • Design and build custom applications, workflows, and “app packs” on the agentic AI platform.
  • Rapidly prototype, iterate, deploy, troubleshoot, and support agentic AI solutions in field environments.
  • Translate non-technical user needs and ambiguous requirements into technical implementations.
  • Integrate solutions with enterprise systems including data platforms, ticketing systems, and collaboration tools.
  • Build lightweight UI components and interfaces to support customer workflows.
  • Gather product feedback, feature requests, and usage insights to influence product and engineering roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with product engineering and agentic solution teams on platform capabilities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solution Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
  • 4+ years supporting military, intelligence, or defense-related environments.
  • Experience building and shipping full-stack applications or prototypes in production or near-production environments.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar scripting languages.
  • Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as Microsoft O365, Palantir Foundry, Databricks, ServiceNow, or Atlassian.
  • Ability to build simple UI/UX using Node.js, Next.js, or React.
  • Active US Department of Defense or Intelligence Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility are required.
  • US citizenship is required due to government contract requirements.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and solve ambiguous problems, with strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with military mission domains such as operations, logistics, intelligence, or C4/IT systems.
  • Experience working with government or federal customers is preferred.
  • Experience building or deploying AI/ML systems, especially agentic workflows, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with n8n, Palantir Foundry, or other workflow and automation platforms is preferred.
  • Experience evaluating AI system performance, interpreting results, using product telemetry or usage analytics, and working in early-stage or high-growth startup environments is preferred.

Benefits

  • Compensation is listed at $160,000–$200,000 USD.
  • The position is 80–100% embedded with customers and involves working independently in classified or constrained environments.
