Responsibilities
- Deliver technical pre-sales expertise, explain product and API value, and answer product, API, and LLM-related questions
- Build and present demos, scope customer use cases, recommend architecture patterns, and provide in-depth technical advisory
- Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs based on common pre-sales questions
- Gather customer feedback, identify cross-customer themes, and represent the customer voice in product planning
- Serve as the first line of defense for security and compliance questions and escalate complex requirements to appropriate teams
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Security, Product, business teams, and technical teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role managing C-level technical and business relationships with complex global organizations
- Full professional fluency in German and English
- Thorough understanding of IT security principles and customer requirements for technical B2B SaaS products
- Experience providing higher-level security and compliance support
- Industry experience with Python or JavaScript and APIs
- Experience delivering prototypes of generative AI or traditional ML solutions
- Knowledge of network and cloud architecture
- Ability to present and communicate business and technical topics to audiences including senior leaders
- Willingness to own problems end-to-end and learn missing knowledge as needed
