Responsibilities
- Set the technical direction for fulfillment systems.
- Design fault-tolerant services for carrier event reconciliation.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and design sessions.
- Translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Monitor and tune services for reliability and cost.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience designing large-scale, event-driven systems.
- Proven experience with integrations in logistics and technology.
- Fluency in at least one modern programming language.
- Experience with relational databases and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of optimization and decision-science techniques.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
