Responsibilities
- Design and develop architectures for generative AI systems.
- Collaborate with engineering team members to implement and deploy generative AI systems into production.
- Monitor and manage production generative AI systems to meet performance and reliability requirements.
- Develop best practices for building, deploying, and managing generative AI systems.
- Stay current with generative AI research and apply relevant developments to projects.
- Collaborate with engineers, scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver generative AI solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and guide junior engineers.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in machine learning and generative AI.
- At least 10 years of software development experience.
- Strong experience designing, building, and deploying production-grade scalable machine learning models on cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP.
- Experience with generative AI models and techniques including RAG, Agentic AI, and MCP.
- Experience with prompt engineering and machine learning optimization.
- Experience with deep learning models including GANs, diffusion models, and transformers.
- Experience with computer vision, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with distributed computing and scalable systems.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD.
- Experience with machine learning ethics and generative AI applications in domains such as talent management, finance, or manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
