Base Salary
$115k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered GTM agents for automating deal intelligence and opportunity scoring.
- Translate GTM processes into technical systems that meet revenue team needs.
- Architect and maintain data infrastructure for GTM systems.
- Build and maintain integrations with Salesforce, Clay, and Gong.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Sales to deliver automation solutions.
- Develop reusable skills and agents for self-service QBR generation and forecasting.
- Establish governance and access patterns for GTM data.
- Contribute to standards and documentation as the GTM engineering team scales.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical revenue operations or GTM engineering.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agent frameworks.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce, including data model and APIs.
- Experience with Clay or similar workflow automation platforms.
- Ability to translate business processes into technical systems independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
