Responsibilities
- Assist with developing and maintaining web applications using Java and Angular or React
- Build basic frontend components and user interfaces
- Support creation and consumption of APIs
- Write maintainable code with team guidance and participate in code reviews
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs and application issues
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and product team members
- Participate in daily standups and sprint planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent internship or project experience
- 0–5 years of software development experience
- Academic, internship, or professional experience with Java and Angular and/or React
- Basic understanding of web application development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
- Willingness to work onsite in Indianapolis two days per week
- Spring Boot exposure, SQL or relational database knowledge, and Git familiarity are preferred but not required
- Internship, co-op, personal full-stack projects, or team-based project experience is preferred
- Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
